Notices of Claim and Summonses and Complaints
The universities (ASU, NAU or UArizona) are not authorized to accept service of lawsuits or notices of claim naming the ÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ or its universities. The board has designated the following person to accept service of lawsuits or notices of claim on behalf of the board.
